Have you heard the accounts of those who have gone to the other side and returned?

My name is Phil Graviet. This summer my executive producer, Joseph Varley and I had the opportunity of working with people on a documentary about near-death experiences. While working with these ordinary people who have had extraordinary experiences and listening to them as they speak of a place of joy and happiness has changed my way of thinking about the creator, life and how we should treat others. Although everyone is welcome here the main reason for this website is to help comfort those who are suffering from the loss of a loved one. We realize many of you very much miss the departed loved ones in your life and you always will. But with the material here you can be comforted in knowing that they are alive, more alive than ever, in a joyful, peaceful place, waiting for you to return home and be with them again.

In my video,  five people speak of this wonderful place waiting for us all. Every once in a while someone comes along and says "People experiencing this are hallucinating" or " Ya know, a lack of oxygen causes a tunneling effect." Let me remind them that there is not only one witness, but there are over 10 witnesses in the US alone who testify to this experience. I'd also like to remind them that in a court of LAW, the testimony of one witness, and nothing more has been sufficient enough to send a man to prison and even execution and there are millions of people who testify to this wonderful place. I wonder why a few people want to save the rest of humanity from the realization of the wonderful beings that we truly are.

Producing this DVD was quite an experience. I always believed in life after death and was always interested in hearing accounts of those who’ve died and returned. But deep down inside I guess I sometimes had doubts and questions that would need answers. While taping this DVD many answers to these questions came to me and I’d like to share them with you just in case you have asked yourself any of them.

How do these people know their experience was real and not just imagined?

There are people that say this life here on earth is just a dream and it’s not really happening. And, ya know, though the very idea this seems crazy to me but I can’t prove they’re wrong. All I can do is say without a doubt that it’s really happening.

How can we trust the testimony of just five people? Maybe they’re just telling these stories for attention or recognition.

Yes, there is always that possibility but the validity of near-death experiences does not rest upon the testimony of these five people. Over ten million people have reported having a near-death experience in the US alone. In the “Hollywood” page of this website many stars speak of having a near-death experience. These people already have fame and recognition. They have no reason what so ever to want to share their experience with others. It would do their career more harm than good.

I know others who have had a near-death experience and their experience was nothing like the experiences on the DVD.

In preparing to produce this DVD I spoke to many people who’ve had a NDE. There were many different experiences and I chose the people who had the most profound ones to keep the DVD interesting. It appears that everyone is different and everyone has their own way of getting where we’re all going.

What about those who’ve experienced Hell? Are there people going to hell for eternity?

Of all the people who’ve had a NDE, very few have reported an experience of going to Hell. Of course, we’ve never had the opportunity of speaking to anyone who went to Hell and stayed there so we can’t honestly say whether there are none or many. The curious thing is that the people who report a Hell experience are, for the most part, ordinary people, not mass murderers or child molesters. But they do return with a whole new outlook on life and seem to have more love and appreciation for others. My theory is that people who’ve experienced going to Hell have achieved less spiritually than what they had planned for and this Hell experience was to motivate that person into changing his life. This is only a theory because nobody really knows why this rarely happens.

I thought our ability to think and reason was because of our brain.

Of all the millions of people who’ve had a NDE, I’ve never heard of one who lost their ability to think or reason. It appears that the brain’s primary function is to connect the mind to the body, like heartbeat, breathing, digestion, etc.
